The specific business problem this project aims to address is the high rate of employee turnover within the organization. By leveraging the IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition & Performance dataset, the objective is to identify the key factors that influence employee attrition, such as demographic attributes, job characteristics, and performance ratings.

Through the development of a comprehensive Power BI Dashboard, the project seeks to provide actionable insights that can inform strategic decisions and initiatives to enhance employee retention.
